 My real estate journey started with a few rental properties and grew into house flipping, where I enjoyed quick returns and exciting profits. But as the market shifted, challenges arose, and I found myself tackling my toughest project—a flip so bad it required tearing the house down and starting fresh. That experience led me to discover my true passion: real estate development.
Through zoning, redevelopment, and creative strategies, I realized the incredible potential for building long-term wealth. My Story
Life doesn’t always go as planned. As a college dropout with a young family to support, I found myself working at Bank of America, trying to make ends meet. But when the financial crisis of 2009 hit, everything changed, and I had to find a new way forward.
That’s when I turned to real estate. I started small, with a few rental properties, and eventually built a portfolio worth over $1.5 million. Still, the passive income wasn’t what I’d imagined. Then I discovered house flipping—it felt like I’d struck gold! The quick returns were exciting, but as the market became crowded, good deals and high profits became harder to find.
My big break came unexpectedly. I purchased what I can only describe as the worst flip in history. The project was so disastrous that I had no choice but to tear it down and start over. That experience forced me to learn about zoning and development, and it sparked a passion I didn’t know I had. From that moment on, real estate development became my calling.
Now, I use everything I’ve learned to help others create wealth and financial freedom through real estate. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow, I’ll show you how to turn challenges into opportunities and build a brighter future for yourself and your family.
Why I Do It
I chose real estate development because it provides for my family and allows me to leave a lasting legacy. The buildings I create are something my kids and future generations can point to with pride, knowing I built them.
This work has been my passion for years, and I want to share the opportunities real estate has brought to me and my family. More importantly, I’m committed to enriching the Black and Brown community by creating an outlet for others to build their own legacies through real estate.
